Which entity types are supported?
We can form and organize LLCs, C-Corporations, and S-Corporations (subject to IRS eligibility requirements). We help you choose the structure that best fits your business, tax, and fundraising goals.
In which states can you incorporate?
We can incorporate your startup in any U.S. state, including Delaware, California, New York, Texas, and Florida. State selection is discussed during onboarding.
Does this package include founder equity issuance?
Yes. For corporations, the package includes a Founder Stock Purchase Agreement and documentation for issuing founder shares. Standard vesting structures can be included upon request.
Is the EIN included?
Yes. We prepare and file IRS Form SS-4 to obtain your company's Employer Identification Number (EIN), which is required for banking, taxes, and payroll.
How long does the incorporation process take?
State filing is submitted promptly after engagement. Corporate documents are delivered within 5–10 business days. Expedited state filings may be available at additional cost.
